Shipping Information:

Orders typically require 7-10 business days to complete and are then shipped UPS Ground which requires 5-7 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Rockitecture Stoneworks does not offer refunds on any of its products. Orders may be canceled at any point during the design process. Once the design has been approved orders may not be canceled unless no work has begun on the rock.
